Common questions
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Each family gets a private link. They open it, add it to their home screen and turn on alerts. No password. It works in English and Spanish.
Do coaches need new phones or equipment?
No. Coaches use their own phones. Check-ins still save when there's no signal and send once the phone is back online.
How do payments work?
Parents pay from their page. If you use Kurv, online payments are found and marked paid automatically. Cash and checks take one tap to record.
Who owns my families' information?
You do. It's used only to run the app and is never sold or shared. Parents see only their own kids. If you leave, you get a copy of your data.
